About Me

I am a board-certified general surgeon at Memorial Healthcare System. I care for patients with gallbladder disease, abdominal wall hernias, hiatal hernias and gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), as well as other common conditions that require surgery.

With expertise in minimally invasive and robotic surgery, I pride myself on offering patients the most advanced surgical care available for their conditions. I love interacting with patients and being able to treat some of their health problems, whether through treatment or surgery.

In addition to providing patient care, I am involved in several national and international medical organizations and publish extensively on surgical procedures and outcomes. Beginning in 2010, I was a surgeon in the Orlando area where I also served as assistant professor of surgery at Florida State University College of Medicine and University of Central Florida College of Medicine.
