I am a board-certified cardiologist at Memorial Cardiac and Vascular Institute. I care for patients with a variety of heart conditions and educate them on proactive measures to prevent and slow the progression of heart disease.

I grew up in South Florida and have many physicians in my family. I always had an interest in medicine and ultimately chose to specialize in cardiology because it has a great blend of logical medicine, science and the ability to help people.

In recent years, there has been an explosion of progress within cardiology, resulting in new fields, treatments and options. At Memorial we bring all of these specialties together to offer TotalHeart care.

When working with patients, I see my role as half doctor and half educator. I try to help people understand their heart condition, which can put them at ease and empower them to take charge of their health and make informed decisions about their heart and health.
