Our clinical exercise physiologists will design an exercise plan specifically for you based on your medical history, fitness level, and return to healthier lifestyle goals. We provide you with support as you learn new exercises, build strength and stamina, and establish healthy habits for your future. 

Small Group Medical Exercise Training

• Individualized exercise programming in a small group setting
• Inclusive, encouraging atmosphere among supportive peers
• One-hour sessions, two or three days a week, with flexible days and times

Two complimentary small group sessions are provided to all patients referred by a Memorial weight-loss surgeon.

At the end of the program, we want you to feel confident and ready to transition to an independent exercise routine for your ongoing health and well-being.
