Memorial Urgent Care Centers Stop COVID 19 Testing for Asymptomatic Patients
August 03, 2021
Memorial Urgent Care Centers have announced that starting Wednesday, August 4, they will no longer test people who are asymptomatic or who are looking for disease clearance to travel. The Urgent Care Centers will shift testing resource to detect COVID-19 in patients with symptoms who will require treatment.
A number of community sites are opening up today to provide testing, and COVID-19 testing is also available at retail pharmacies and through locations set up by the Florida Health Department. To find a testing location near you, visit Broward County's COVID-19 page.
