About Me

I was born and raised in South Jersey right outside of Philly (Go Birds), but I have called South Florida my home since 2016. I completed my undergraduate and medical education at Nova Southeastern University in Ft Lauderdale, and I don’t see myself leaving the sunshine state any time soon! My hobbies and interests include reading, watching TV/movies (I love reality tv and psychological thrillers), music, traveling/exploring, spending time with my family and friends, and getting some vitamin D at the pool/beach.

Why I Chose Memorial Healthcare System

I was looking for a program that is not only in a location as prime as South Florida, but a supportive benign program that allows me to grow into the best neurologist I can be. I admire that MHS prioritizes patient and family-centered care and that everyone who I’ve encountered that works here always has a smile on their face and a helping hand to offer. I’m grateful to belong to a team of such great, supportive, like-minded, skillful, and fun individuals at Memorial! I knew that I could not only be my authentic self here, but also gain incredible experience with diverse patients to fuel, shape, and strengthen my knowledge and passion for my career as a neurologist.

Why I Chose Memorial Healthcare System

As a smaller training program, we work directly with our attendings across all subspecialties of neurology, which leads our program to consistently produce well-rounded and well-trained neurologists. I was drawn here because of this, as well as the incredibly supportive training environment and collaborative culture at MHS. On top of all of that, we get to enjoy an unmatched South Florida location with beautiful weather year-round.

About Me

I’m from Jacksonville, Florida, and I completed my undergraduate studies in exercise physiology at Florida State University. Some of my favorite things include spending time with friends and family, enjoying Greek food, hanging out with my cats, exploring national parks, and watching crime documentaries.

Why I Chose Memorial Healthcare System

I chose Memorial because I wanted to be part of a community with a family-like culture, where I would feel valued and supported. Exposure to a wide variety of pathologies in a large area like South Florida was also important to me, as was being close to my family.

About Me

I grew up in the suburbs of Northern Virginia and lived around the Washington metropolitan area for much of my life. Professional interests include neuroimmunology, epilepsy, and vascular neurology. I enjoy weightlifting, jogging, video/board games, documentaries, and exploring local attractions.

Why I Chose Memorial Healthcare System

I was very impressed with how much care this program placed in its design and curriculum to prepare its graduates for the real world. Whether I decide to pursue a fellowship afterwards or work straight out of residency, there’s a certain peace of mind in knowing that I am in good hands here. I could also tell from my early interactions that the faculty were exceptional. There was a palpable atmosphere of passion and dedication to providing a positive resident experience. Finally, I was thrilled at the prospect of living in South Florida with its sunny weather, vibrant culture, and abundant nearby beach access.

Why I Chose Memorial Healthcare System

I could quickly sense a strong fit during the meet-and-greet and interview process. The residents and staff felt very personable and spoke fondly of each other and the program. I also could not have found a better fit having lived 10 minutes away from the hospital most of my life. I care about and understand the population here. It is such a diverse and lively world here that I simply had to come back to. I am also very confident that the program will make me well prepared neurologist thanks to its very dedicated staff and the wide variety of educational opportunities available.
